Chicken Recipe: 1 lb chicken breast 2 oz cream cheese (room tempature) 1 tbsp mayo 1 cup of spinach 1 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp onion and garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika Salt 1/2 tbsp olive or avocado oil Take chicken and cream cheese out an hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, cheese and spinach; salt once mixed. Pour/top chicken with oil. Top chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika (you can mix all dry rubs together in a separate dish). Cut chicken in half about 90% of the way. Insert the mixture and close chicken.
