Coffee and sunny walks.⁣

These two things are hella good for my soul and why energy output.⁣
⁣
Especially when I don’t feel like training. Which does happens every now and again.⁣
⁣
Don’t get me wrong, I love training. And it will be apart of my life until my body no longer allows me to do it.⁣
⁣
But taking a couple of rest days back to back or even one whole week is never a bad thing.⁣
⁣
Ultimately as long as your active in some form, that’s all that matters.⁣
⁣
And you can’t beat walking with a friend, chatting some rubbish and enjoying a nice coffee in the process.⁣
⁣
It’s all about balance.⁣
⁣
